- •Patients aged 19 years or older with confirmed malignant bile duct obstruction that cannot be surgically resected and require endoscopic biliary drainage
- •Those receiving anticancer therapy
排除标准
- •? Those who cannot obtain consent
- •? Those whose life expectancy is less than 3 months
- •? A person with acute cholecystitis
- •? Those with PTBD at the time of endoscopy
- •? Those who have previously had non-uncovered metallic bile duct stents inserted
