- •1)All women with Abnormal uterine bleeding scheduled for dilation and curettage.
- •2)Women who need endometrial curettage prior to surgery
排除标准
- •1) Women allergic to lidocaine,
- •2) Profuse uterine bleeding ,
- •3) Profuse white discharge ,
- •4) Impaired liver functions,
- •5) Unable to understand VAS (visual analogue scale of 10)
