Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •30 to 70 yrs patient NYHA 1to 3 posted for coronary artery bypass surgery
Exclusion Criteria
- •Emergency or redo surgery,associated valvular heart disease, preexisting arrhythmias, history of COPD or asthma, BMI more than 30, anticipated difficult airway, opioid drug abuse or addiction, contraindications for spinal anaesthesia like local site infection, spinal deformity,derranged coagulation by platelet count less than 80000 or INR more than 1\.5
