Parent qualifications
1) Be 18 years old or over
2) Able to be a caregiver for pediatric patients during the course of research.
3) Able to read, write and speak Thai
Patient qualifications
1) Pediatric patients were diagnosed with congenital heart disease and had their first cardiac catheterization or had their last cardiac catheterization for more than 1 year.
2) Pediatric patients aged between 3 - 6 years.
3) Pediatric patients do not have sensory problems, auditory or visual impairment. There are no problems with ADHD or the patient is diagnosed with delayed development.
4) Pediatric patients can communicate and understand the Thai language.
Pediatric patients have unstable vital signs as following;
Oxygen saturation less than 75%
Resting heart rate greater than 110 beats per minute, or greater than 20% from baseline respiratory rate.
The respiratory rate at resting more than 30 beats per minute, or more than 20% from baseline, and the patients showed signs of hypoxia, including cyanosis, wheezing. Or have an unrelated chest and stomach condition, etc.
