Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •1\)Inactive mucosal chronic otitis media in both ears 9f same patients.
  • •2\)Central perforation of Pars tensa.
  • •3\)Age above 12 years.

Exclusion Criteria

  • •1\)Marginal perforation of Pars tensa.
  • •2\)Pus in the middle ear.
  • •3\)Stenotic external auditory canal.
  • •4\)Tympanosclerosis.
  • •5\)HIV and HBsAg positive patients.
  • •6\)Complicated chronic otitis media.
