Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Being male; swimming for at least 3 years; being between 14 and 19 years old, having no history of cardiovascular and pulmonary diseases; don't make use of stimulating substances; being out of the risk zone in the clinical examination of the brachial ankle index (ABI); not having osteomioarticular lesions
Exclusion Criteria
- •Present any cardiovascular, pulmonary or osteomioarticular worsening during the experiment; do not complete all sessions proposed by the study; in addition to giving up on it
