Inclusion Criteria
? Adults over 20 years of age
? Patients receiving regular hemodialysis treatment at least twice a week
? Patients with vascular maturation at least 2 months after arteriovenous fistula surgery
? Patients who understand the purpose of this study and consent in writing to participate in the study
Exclusion Criteria
?patients with dialysis access infection, aneurysmal changes with increased size
?pregnant women, lactating women, and those with a body temperature of 38? or higher.
?in the case of surgery or surgery due to complications related to arteriovenous fistula during far-infrared treatment, the subject
