简要总结

Ultrasound guided spraclavicular and infraclavicular approach of brachial plexus block was performed in two groups.Drug bupivacaine 0.5% 20 ml was used. This study was perfomed to compare between ultrasound guided supraclavicular block and infraclavicular block in term of onset, duration, efficacy and conversion rate to general anaesthesia, need of adjuvant drugs, complications, hemodynamic parameters.
