It was supposed that photoacoustic imaging is useful as a preoperative and postoperative examination for lymphaticovenular anastomosis.

Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Patients who were diagnosed with lymphedema of the lower limbs or upper limbs and were scheduled to undergo surgery after the doctor in charge judged lymphaticovascular anastomosis to be an indication.
Exclusion Criteria
- •Those who are (suspected to be) allergic to local anesthetics or iodine.
