Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •minimum age: 25, maximum age: 55
- •working for at least 30 hours over 4 days per week
- •working for at least 2 years in their current occupation
- •agreement to participate in the study
Exclusion Criteria
- •working regularly at night
- •spinal cord disorders
- •spinal deformities or surgeries
- •lower extremity paralyses
- •hip, knee or ankle endosprosthesis
- •parkinson's disease
- •polyneuropathy (motor or sensory neuropathies)
- •diabetic mellitus with polyneuropathy or diabetic ulcer
- •blood clotting disorders
- •hormonal treatment during menopause
