入选标准
- •1. Continuous neck pain of more than ââ?¬â?? 1 month
- •2. Cervical radiculopathy
- •3. Degenerative cervical spine disease.
- •4. Numerical Pain Rating Scale (NPRS) ââ?¬â?? less than 6/10
排除标准
- •1. Onset of presenting neck pain episode after trauma (eg, whiplash)
- •2. History of cervical injury of trauma since the onset of presenting neck pain episode
- •3. History of cervical fractures
- •4. Inflammatory arthritis involving C-spine
- •5. Tumor or infection involving C-spine
- •6. Vertebrobasilar artery insufficiency
- •7. Neurologic disease (eg, multiple sclerosis, Parkinsonââ?¬•s
- •disease, syringomyelia)
- •8. Congenital anomalies involving the C-spine
