Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •1\. Continuous neck pain of more than ââ?¬â?? 1 month
  • •2\. Cervical radiculopathy
  • •3\. Degenerative cervical spine disease.
  • •4\. Numerical Pain Rating Scale (NPRS) ââ?¬â?? less than 6/10

Exclusion Criteria

  • •1\. Onset of presenting neck pain episode after trauma (eg, whiplash)
  • •2\. History of cervical injury of trauma since the onset of presenting neck pain episode
  • •3\. History of cervical fractures
  • •4\. Inflammatory arthritis involving C\-spine
  • •5\. Tumor or infection involving C\-spine
  • •6\. Vertebrobasilar artery insufficiency
  • •7\. Neurologic disease (eg, multiple sclerosis, Parkinsonââ?¬•s
  • •disease, syringomyelia)
  • •8\. Congenital anomalies involving the C\-spine
