Inclusion Criteria

1.Type of laparoscopic surgery- Laparoscopic Nephrectomy

2.American Society of Anesthesiologist (ASA) physical status Grade I and II

Exclusion Criteria

1. Known allergies to Local anesthetics.

2. Bleeding disorders

3.Infection at local site

4.Severe Liver and kidney disfunction

5.BMI above 30 kg/m2

6.Inability to give informed consent

7.Psychiatric Disorder

1.Total opioid consumption over 24 hours <br/ ><br>2.Time of first analgesic used over 24 hours ( time from PACU discharge To first requested analgesic) <br/ ><br>3.Patient satisfaction using a Likert-scale questionnaire on POD-1 <br/ ><br>·Any opioid related side effects like respiratory depression, pruritis within the first 24 hours.Timepoint: Preoperatively (baseline), immediately after <br/ ><br>block 0.5,10,15,20,25,30, during induction and <br/ ><br>intubation, intraoperatively at <br/ ><br>5,10,15,20,25,30,45,60,75,90,105,120 mins and <br/ ><br>postoperatively at 0,15,30 mins, <br/ ><br>1,2,3,4,6,8,10,12,16,20 and 24 hrs interval <br/ ><br>respectively.
