Inclusion Criteria
1.Type of laparoscopic surgery- Laparoscopic Nephrectomy
2.American Society of Anesthesiologist (ASA) physical status Grade I and II
Exclusion Criteria
1. Known allergies to Local anesthetics.
2. Bleeding disorders
3.Infection at local site
4.Severe Liver and kidney disfunction
5.BMI above 30 kg/m2
6.Inability to give informed consent
7.Psychiatric Disorder

Name Time Method To evaluate post operative analgesic effect of ultrasound guided Quadratus lumborum block and ultrasound guided retro laminar block using NRS pain scoring systemTimepoint: To study total Tramadol consumption over 24 hrs <br/ ><br>and to study pain intensity at 0,30 mins,2,4,6,8,12,18 and 24 hrs interval <br/ ><br>respectively
