Inclusion Criteria
Men; androgen deficiency in the aging male; between 40 and 59 years.
Exclusion Criteria
Cardiovascular diseases; Neurological; musculoskeletal; prostate cancer; Functional training in the three months prior to data collection.

- Primary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method Decrease in the prevalence of androgen deficiency symptoms of male aging after the 12-week period, as determined through the Aging Symptoms Scale; Change in physical fitness after 12 weeks by means of specific physical tests; Change in depressive symptoms by the Beck Depression Inventory and stress levels assessed by the Perceived Stress Scale after the 12-week intervention; Increase in physical activity levels measured by the International Physical Activity Questionnaire after the intervention. All of these from the finding of a variation of at least 5%.<br>All questionnaires applied before and after the 12-week intervention period.
