Clostridium difficile infection patients who were administrated anti-TB medications
Definition of CDI
: Documented diarrhea and any positive outcome ( one or more)
in the following diagnostic tests.
CD toxin A and/or B by enzyme immunoassay (EIA)
Positive stool culture for C.difficile
Typical endoscopic findings, such as multiple white or yellow plaques
Patients who has not been recorded variables.
Patients who has been administered any antibioitcs (except anti-TB medications), within a month from the start of CDI.
