Inclusion Criteria
- •Works in direct nursing care in Amarita Haus Hamburg Mitte.
- •- 20 weekly working hours or more.
- •- Minimal expected employment in the company of 3 month after inclusion.
- •- Sufficient language skills (german or english) to understand the study information, to give informed consent to participation and to understand the inverview questions.
- •- No concommitent organisational circumstances (e.g. only night shift) that inhibit participation in the interventions or the study examinations.
