Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • 1\) A person who agrees to participate in this study and signs a written consent
  • 2\) Men and women over 50
  • 3\) Kellgren\-Lawrence grade 1 or 2

Exclusion Criteria

  • 1\) Kellgren\-Lawrence grades 3 and 4
  • 2\) Those who received NSAID(Non\-steroidal anti\-inflammatory drugs) and steroid drugs within 1 week of first visit
  • 3\) In the case of suspected inflammatory arthritis (suspected ESR(erythrocyte sedimentation rate) elevation or inflammatory arthritis\-related symptoms such as redness,
  • 4\) Highly obese (BMI 30 kg / m2 or more)
  • 5\) In addition to the discomfort of the knee joint due to aging, the nervous system or the lower limbs (hip joint, foot joint)
  • 6\) If you have low back pain and low back pain
  • 7\) severe neurological and vascular disease of the lower extremities
  • 8\) liver dysfunction (when AST or ALT is more than 3 times the upper limit of normal range)
  • 9\) renal impairment (creatinine\> 1\.5 times the upper limit of normal range)
  • 10\) Consistently ingestion of health functional foods that may affect joint health within 4 weeks of first visit
