Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •ASA physical status II\-III
- •Body mass index (BMI)?\=?35 kg/m2 undergoing laparoscopic bariatric surgeries.
Exclusion Criteria
- •Prior laparotomy
- •BMI \= 60 kg/m2
- •History of cardiac arrhythmia
- •Diagnosis of chronic pain syndrome”, allergy to bupivacaine and known alcohol or substance abuse within the last 6 months
- •Daily opioid intake.
