Being in the first trimester of pregnancy
No urinary tract infection based on laboratory tests
Lack of chronic diseases such as diabetes
Not taking antibiotics and Immunosuppressive drugs
Having a health record in Zarinshahr health centers
Consent to participate in the study
Exclusion Criteria
Urinary tract infection based on laboratory tests
Having chronic diseases such as diabetes
Taking antibiotics and immunosuppressive drugs
