Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • 1\) Third grade students in a middle school
  • 2\) Students who has obtained parental consent and their own approval for study participation
  • 3\) Students with no hearing or vision impairments, who can read and comprehend text, and are capable of communication

Exclusion Criteria

  • 1\) Students who do not consent to participate in this study
  • 2\) Students with a medical condition requiring hospital treatment or counseling related to body image
  • 3\) Students with physical or emotional disabilities which make it difficult to understand educational content and engage in discussions
  • 4\) Students who have received education related to body image within the past month
  • 5\) Students with experience in the BodyThink program\-based body image promotion education
