Inclusion Criteria
a.Patientâ??s attending surgery OPD.
b.Uncomplicated symptomatic bilateral inguinal hernia
c.Consent for operation.
Exclusion Criteria
a.Patient unfit for general anaesthesia.
b.Below 20 yrs and above 70yrs.
c.Previous lower abdominal surgery.
d.Pregnancy.
e.Past history of malignancy.
f.Complicated Hernia (Obstruction/emergency presentations)
g.Severe Lower Urinary Tract Symptoms.
h.Morbid Obesity
i.Uncorrected coagulopathy
