Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •a.Patientâ??s attending surgery OPD.
  • •b.Uncomplicated symptomatic bilateral inguinal hernia
  • •c.Consent for operation.

Exclusion Criteria

  • •a.Patient unfit for general anaesthesia.
  • •b.Below 20 yrs and above 70yrs.
  • •c.Previous lower abdominal surgery.
  • •d.Pregnancy.
  • •e.Past history of malignancy.
  • •f.Complicated Hernia (Obstruction/emergency presentations)
  • •g.Severe Lower Urinary Tract Symptoms.
  • •h.Morbid Obesity
  • •i.Uncorrected coagulopathy
