Inclusion Criteria
- •a.Patientâ??s attending surgery OPD.
- •b.Uncomplicated symptomatic bilateral inguinal hernia
- •c.Consent for operation.
Exclusion Criteria
- •a.Patient unfit for general anaesthesia.
- •b.Below 20 yrs and above 70yrs.
- •c.Previous lower abdominal surgery.
- •d.Pregnancy.
- •e.Past history of malignancy.
- •f.Complicated Hernia (Obstruction/emergency presentations)
- •g.Severe Lower Urinary Tract Symptoms.
- •h.Morbid Obesity
- •i.Uncorrected coagulopathy
