•1.Patients exhibiting ability to maintain good oral hygiene
•2.Capable of giving informed consent
•3.Patients having bilateral sites requiring periodontal surgeries in maxillary or mandibular anteriors with probing depth 5 to 7 mm with radiographic evidence of bone loss (For group I)
•4.Patients undergoing mucogingival surgery with Subepithelial connective tissue graft harvested from palate using Hurzelerâ??s single incision technique

•1.History of antibiotic, corticosteroid and hormonal therapy in the past two months.
•2.History of systemic diseases affecting wound healing. eg: Diabetes mellitus
•3.History of systemic disease affecting hemostasis eg: bleeding and coagulation disorders, patients on aspirin
•4.Patients diagnosed with aggressive periodontitis
•5.Patient smoking more than 5 cigarettes per day
•6.Patients who had impaired healing, developed fatigue for any reason after the first surgery or experienced an unexpected perioperative event traumatizing the tissue.
