- Brief Summary
Androgenetic alopecia is a type of progressive patterned hair loss. It ischaracterized by stepwise miniaturization of the hair follicle, resulting in alteration in the haircycle dynamics, leading to vellus transformation of the terminal hair. Nanofat transfer is a new and upcoming treatment option for androgenetic alopecia. Theadipose-derived stem cells have self-renewal capacity and also secrete various growth factorsthat have potential for hair growth

Inclusion Criteria
- Patient willing to give written informed consent (Annexure 1a, 1b, 1c) 2.
- Patients above 18 years of age and either sex 3.
- Patients with clinically and dermoscopically diagnosed as Androgenetic alopecia 4.
- Patients with BMI < 40kg/m2.
Exclusion Criteria
- Patient not willing to give written informed consent 2.
- Pregnant and lactating women 3.
- Patients with BMI < 18kg/m2 4.
- Patients currently suffering from an active autoimmune disease like SLE, Alopecia aerata 5.
- Patients suffering from any cardiovascular, renal, hematological, pulmonary, gastrointestinal or central nervous system disorders.
- Patients with any bleeding or clotting disorders or on antiplatelet therapy.
