Inclusion Criteria

  • •1\)Patients of piles of land 2nd degree position
  • •2\) Patients of ShushkaArsha having following signs and symptoms will be included in the study
  • •Gudkandu (Itching at anus)
  • •Toda (painful defaecation)
  • •Agnimandya (Loss of appetite)
  • •Trushna (Thirst)
  • •Aruchi (Anorexia)
  • •Aalasya (Somnolence)
  • •Nidra Viparayay (Insomnia)
  • •Angamarda (Bodyache)

Exclusion Criteria

  • •Patient with HTN, pregnancy, HIV \& HBsAg, CA rectum, Diabetic and metabolic disorders and 4th degree haemorrhoids
