Eligibility criteria
1) Age between 18 to 85 years.
2) Able to understand and fill the QOL instruments in English or Hindi or Marathi.
3) Bladder cancer with TNM staging T1-4 N0/1 M0
4) Patients with histopathologically confirmed Ca bladder at Tata Memorial Centre.
5) Squamous or transitional cell histology.
6) Treated curatively at TMC ,Mumbai for the bladder cancer.
7) Treated with either radical cystectomy with ileal conduit or radiation as part of standard bladder preservation protocol.
8) No evidence of disease on routine clinical examination at the time of enrollment.
9) At least 6 months after last active treatment.
10)No previous RT to pelvis.
11)No history of other cancer except incidentally detected Ca prostate in cystectomy specimen.
12)Able to understand & sign the ICF.
