Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • Preterm neonate (29\-33 \+6\) with severe unconjugated hyperbilirubinemia during first two weeks of life.

Exclusion Criteria

  • Jaundice \<24 h, multiple congenital malformation, stage 2 \&3 AKI, FiO2 \> 40%, symptomatic PDA or CHD, neonatal encephalopathy, TSB level above 5mg/dl of exchange transfusion threshold
