Inclusion Criteria
- •1\.Any breast cancer patient with newly diagnosed bone metastases.
- •2\.Histological proof of malignancy of the breast.
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\.Unwilling to give written informed consent.
- •2\.Patients previously treated for bone metastases.
- •3\.Unwilling for regular physical and or telephonic follow up
