It is a clinical-observational, retrospective study in which random geriatric patients are selected for inclusion. The inclusion criteria are:
1) Patient is multimorbid, i. the patient has more than 2 diseases requiring treatment at the same time
2) Patient has been at least 65 years old when admitted to hospital
3) The patient was hospitalized at St Mary's Hospital in 2015-2016
1) Patient is not multimorbid
2) Patient is younger than 65 years
3) The patient was not hospitalized at St Mary's Hospital in 2015-2016

- Primary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method Evaluate how many PIM are present by the FORTA evaluation, the START / STOP criteria and the PRISCUS list in elderly patients on admission and discharge.
- Secondary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method Secondary outcomes are:<br>- Comparison of PIM numbers at admission and discharge<br>- Comparison of the PIM number of the three types of evaluation<br><br>Further secondary outcomes are the association of PIM numbers with:<br>- laboratory values<br>- Geriatric syndromes<br>- Geriatric Assessments (Barthel-Index, Tinetti, Timed up and go, Barthel (walking, stairs), Handgrip, NORTON, MMSE, GDS, Clock-Test, Esslinger Transferskala)<br>- demographic values ??(gender, admission status, duration of hospitalization, age)<br>- Physical examination findings (weight, general condition, breathing noise, heart murmur, pulse, blood pressure, kidney storage, abdomen, pupil reaction, edema, pain)<br>- Social Assessment (living conditions, marital status, assistants, degree of care, mobility, legal disposition, former occupation)<br>- Morbidity (pre-existing diseases, CIRS score)<br>- Outcome Outcomes (mortality, discharge destination, planned rehospitalization, fall during hospitalization).
