1) age of at least 37 weeks; 2) auditory health by checking the startle test (jumping); 3) congenital anomalies such as cleft palate; 4) lack of experience in other pain reliever procedures before intervention; 5) observing the interval of at least one hour until intervention.
1) lack of informed consent of the parents or the desire to withdraw at each stage of the study; 2) receiving any sedative and anti-convulsion drugs; 3) any abnormalities in the head and skull; and 4) failure in heel-blood sampling in first time.
