Inclusion Criteria
1st stroke, hemiparesis or instable gait pattern, independent Walking with assistive device minimum 3 min
Exclusion Criteria
disturbed language perception , cognitive impairment (Mini Mental Status Test < 26), major depression, productive psychosis, adjustment disorder, peripheral arterial occlusive disease with walking distance < 100 m, coronary heart disease (instable angina pectoris)

Name Time Method gait velocity, step length, step frequency will be assessed for the first time right at the beginning of the training intervention and the day after the last therapy session.
