- •admitted with acute pulmonary embolism confirmed by pulmonary CT angiography
- •signed informed consent

- •History of recurrent pulmonary embolism
- •Low-risk pulmonary embolism
- •Unable to participate in an exercise program
- •Unable to read and understand the consent form
