•1.Pre- diagnosed cases of cervical spondylosis with supporting radiographic reports e.g. MRI OF cervical spine and presence of osteophytes and reduced joint space in x-ray.
•2.Diagnosed patients of cervical spondylosis willing to participate and sign the informed consent form will be selected for the study.
•3.Age â?? Between 25 â?? 60 years
•4.Sex- All Genders
•5.Chronicity less than 3 years will be included in the study.

•1.Cervical spondylosis due to Trauma, Spinal surgery will be excluded.
•2.Cervical spondylosis associated with Autoimmune diseases Rheumatoid Arthritis, Systemic Lupus Erythematosus, Ankylosing spondylitis.
•3.Conditions like-Spondylolisthesis,
•Tumours of spine,
•Facet joint arthropathies,
•Haemangioma,
•4.Syringomyelia,
•5.Osteomyelitis,
•6.Pagets disease
•7.Scleroderma
•8.Tuberculosis of spine,
•9.Fibromyalgia,
•10.Polymyositis,
•11.Fractures,
•12.Whiplash injury,
•13.Amyotrophic lateral Sclerosis,
•14.Pregnancy,
•15.Renal and Cardiac failure
