Inclusion Criteria
Patients fulfilling the diagnostic criteria which are based on signs and symptoms of Karna Srava (CSOM) and examination will be selected for study.
Exclusion Criteria
•Patients having atticoantral type of CSOM.
•Patients suffering from any chronic debilitating disease, with other ear pathology and cases which required surgical intervention will be excluded from study.
