入排标准
入选标准
- •Inclusion Criteria:
- •1. Siblings of patients diagnosed with clinical keratoconus
- •2. Age 6-40 years
排除标准
- •Exclusion Criteria: (both patients and siblings)
- •1. Persons who are not willing to give an informed written consent or those for whom parents are unwilling to give written informed consent.
- •2. Patients who have previously undergone keratorefractive surgery since the corneal topography will be altered.
- •3. Patients who have previously undergone collagen cross linking. This procedure leads to warping of corneal topography and such patients will most likely already have been diagnosed with keratoconus.
- •4. Persons in whom performing corneal topography mapping is not possible eg: Corneal scar or those who do not cooperate or are too young to cooperate for corneal topography.
