1) Agreement to participate in the study and sign an informed consent form
2) Adults aged between 45 and under 70
3) Those with a macular pigment optical density level less than normal range
1) Subjects with the following diseases: Lesions with a high risk of wet macular degeneration, retinal disease, eye disease, renal dysfunction, liver dysfunction, hypertension, etc.
2) Continued use of health functiona food or medicines or oriental medicines
3) Subjects who had weight changes of 10% or more within 3 months of their first visit
4) Subjects on a diet
5) Smokers
6) Participation in another clinical study within 1 month before the first visit
7) Pregnant or lactating women, or women planning to be pregnant
8) Hypersensitivity to the ingredients contained in the test·control food or experience of severe food allergic reactions
9) Any condition that the investigator considers inappropriate to participate in this study
