Inclusion Criteria
People with
1 who are willing to give consent to participate in the study
2 stage 1st Hypertension
3 Age group between 30-50 years irrespective of sex religion occupation and socioeconomic status
Exclusion Criteria
Patients with
1 <120/80 mmHg and >140/90 mmHg
2 age limits >50 and <30
3 diabetic mellitus and thyroid disorder
4 significant cardiovascular and respiratory system complications
5 No major illness affects the autonomic nervous system
6 Habits of chewing tobacco smoking and alcoholism
7 chronic disease
8 steroid medicine
9 lactation females are excluded
10 psychological error
11 people not willing to participate in the study or not in a position to give consent
