3)elective surgeries under general anaesthesia with endotracheal intubation.
Exclusion Criteria
age less than 18 years.
patients with restricted mouth opening.
pregnant females.
patients with restricted cervical spine mobility.
tumours of oropharynx.
oromaxillary and mandibular surgeries.
