Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •All patients above 30 \& below 60 years of age either male or female
- •Patient having serum
- •LDL\-Cholesterol level 130\-160 mg/dl,
- •Triglyceride 150\-200 mg/dl,
- •Total Cholestrol 200\-240mg/dl and
- •HDL less than 40 mg/dl.
- •(National Cholesterol Education Program guidelines)
- •Controlled hypertensive patients who are on antihypertensive treatment
- •Non\-Diabetics or prediabetic patients with fasting blood sugar \> 110 and \< 126 mg/dl
- •Patients willing to participate in the study
Exclusion Criteria
- •All patients below the age of 30 years and above 60 years
- •Patients having an allergy, hypersensitivity, or intolerance to cupping therapy
- •Patients on corticosteroids and hormonal treatment or any lipid lowering drugs
- •Patients with any known systemic illness (Diabetes, Neoplasm etc)
- •Patients with bleeding disorder
- •Patients with excessive alcohol intake
- •Patients with Haemoglobin less than 10\.0 gm%
- •Pregnant and lactating female
- •Patients unwilling to give informed consent.
