Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • All patients above 30 \& below 60 years of age either male or female
  • Patient having serum
  • LDL\-Cholesterol level 130\-160 mg/dl,
  • Triglyceride 150\-200 mg/dl,
  • Total Cholestrol 200\-240mg/dl and
  • HDL less than 40 mg/dl.
  • (National Cholesterol Education Program guidelines)
  • Controlled hypertensive patients who are on antihypertensive treatment
  • Non\-Diabetics or prediabetic patients with fasting blood sugar \> 110 and \< 126 mg/dl
  • Patients willing to participate in the study

Exclusion Criteria

  • All patients below the age of 30 years and above 60 years
  • Patients having an allergy, hypersensitivity, or intolerance to cupping therapy
  • Patients on corticosteroids and hormonal treatment or any lipid lowering drugs
  • Patients with any known systemic illness (Diabetes, Neoplasm etc)
  • Patients with bleeding disorder
  • Patients with excessive alcohol intake
  • Patients with Haemoglobin less than 10\.0 gm%
  • Pregnant and lactating female
  • Patients unwilling to give informed consent.
