Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •patient of both sex who require mechanical ventilation for \>24 hours in IC

Exclusion Criteria

  • •Patients with known history of drug allergy
  • •Patient with coma
  • •Patient admitted with status epilepticus/delirium
  • •Patient treated with therapeutic hypothermia
  • •Patients with Dementia/ Psychiatric illness Suspected or confirmed drug or alcohol intoxication/overdose or withdrawal
