Inclusion Criteria
- •patient of both sex who require mechanical ventilation for \>24 hours in IC
Exclusion Criteria
- •Patients with known history of drug allergy
- •Patient with coma
- •Patient admitted with status epilepticus/delirium
- •Patient treated with therapeutic hypothermia
- •Patients with Dementia/ Psychiatric illness Suspected or confirmed drug or alcohol intoxication/overdose or withdrawal
