入选标准
- •voluntary, with written informed consent, need for at least one crown or fixed-partial-denture, which can be treated with All-Ceramic restorations. Able to understand written and spoken German language.
排除标准
- •i)written or orally disclosed findings of:
- •-•current pregnancy
- •-•persitance of an infectious diseas (such as: Hepatitis, HIV or TBC)
- •-•Classification as High-Risk-Patient due to Immunesuppression, Bisphosphonate-Intake, artificial heard valves, Multimedication)
- •persistance of allergies to dental materials or multiple allergies at all (Allergy ID)
- •ii)mental defiency or another kind of limitation to legal consent. Furthermore the necessity of a legal guardian or minder.
- •iii)from clinical findings at entry examination
- •Signs of Depression or other psychosomatic disease
- •a reduced dentition, not allowing clear long-term prognosis for fixed restorations in the same jaw.
- •persistance or need for removable denture within the same jaw of treatment
- •insufficient oral hygiene compliance
