voluntary, with written informed consent, need for at least one crown or fixed-partial-denture, which can be treated with All-Ceramic restorations. Able to understand written and spoken German language.
i)written or orally disclosed findings of:
-•current pregnancy
-•persitance of an infectious diseas (such as: Hepatitis, HIV or TBC)
-•Classification as High-Risk-Patient due to Immunesuppression, Bisphosphonate-Intake, artificial heard valves, Multimedication)
•persistance of allergies to dental materials or multiple allergies at all (Allergy ID)
ii)mental defiency or another kind of limitation to legal consent. Furthermore the necessity of a legal guardian or minder.
iii)from clinical findings at entry examination
• Bruxism,
•Signs of Depression or other psychosomatic disease
•a reduced dentition, not allowing clear long-term prognosis for fixed restorations in the same jaw.
•persistance or need for removable denture within the same jaw of treatment
•insufficient oral hygiene compliance
