This study showed that ultrasound-guided stellate ganglion block may have comparable effectiveness with fluoroscopy-guided cervical epidural steroid injection in patients with unilateral cervical radicular pain during the 6-month follow- up.

入排标准

年龄范围: 20(Year) 至 70(Year)（—）
性别: All

入选标准

•Adult male and female patients aged between 20 to 70 years who can understand and cooperate with the purpose of study
•- Patients who have cervical radiculopathy that matches findings of MRI
•- Patients who have cervical radiculopathy from unilateral 1 or 2 level that can be triggered by physical examination
•- Patients who did not respond to conservative management such as medication/exercise over 1 month
•- Patients who voluntarily agreed in writing to participate in the trial

排除标准

•- disagreement to participate in the study
•- history of cervical spinal surgery
•- symptoms with bilateral or more than three segments
•- need to exclude facet joint syndrome or myofascial pain syndrome
•- involvement in motor function
•- side effects on local anesthetics or steroids
•- abnormal blood clotting, pregnancy, lactation
•- yellow flag sign
•- red flag sign
•- uncontrolled medical and psychological problems
