Females aged >18 years.
Neo adjuvant chemotherapy patient planned for modified radical mastectomy.
Patients who can speak and understand Tamil or English
Bilateral breast cancer surgery
Patients with metastasis
Any other prior history of malignancy
Patients who have Lymphoma and sarcomas
Prior injury (or) surgery of the affected arm
Patients undergoing flap with latissimusdorsi
Patients who are diagnosed with Cardiac failure, Renal failure, Pulmonary failure (LVEF <40%, NYHA: Class: III & IV ,Creatinine >1.2 mg/dl).
Patients with significant visual and hearing impairments
Patients with known psychiatric disorders
