Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\. Patients aged 18\-80 years
- •2\. Patients with atrophic gastritis with intestinal metaplasia or dysplasia confirmed by pathology
- •3\. Those with certain reading ability, willing to cooperate with the examination and sign the informed consent form
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\. Have a history of gastric surgery
- •2\. Combined with autoimmune gastritis (type A chronic atrophic gastritis), peptic ulcer, reflux esophagitis, gastric polyps, hypertrophic gastritis, ulcerative colitis
- •3\. Suspected gastric cancer or other serious digestive system diseases, such as biliary tract, pancreas and other organic lesions
- •4\. Serious primary diseases with heart, lung, liver, kidney and other important organs
- •5\. People with severe cognitive impairment
- •6\. Pregnant or lactating women
