Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\. Age\=65 years;
- •2\. The ability to use IoMT devices;
- •3\. The ability to understand Korean instructions;
- •4\. The ability to understand study purpose and to participate voluntarily.
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\. Being hospitalized or institutionalized;
- •2\. Cognitive impairment indicated by a score of \=23 on the Korean\-mini Mental State Examination, 2nd Edition(K\-MMSE\~2\);
- •3\. Reporting severe suicidal ideation or depressive mood;
- •4\. Having already participated in other studies.
