Employees who provide nursing care in the following establishments as well as their managers:
- Facilities according to SGB V (inpatient nursing care, hospices, rehabilitation facilities, etc.)
- Facilities according to SGB IX (facilities for people with disabilities and people threatened by disabilities)
- Facilities in accordance with SGB XI (outpatient or inpatient facilities for people in need of care within the framework of social long-term care insurance).
No further exclusions are defined, but it is recommended to contact the family doctor (or to clarify with the treating therapist or doctor) in case of concerns regarding existing mental and somatic diseases before starting the training.
