Tendency for participating in the group
Aged range from 20 to 55
At least 6 months have passed since childhood autism was diagnosed
Having at least middle school certificate

Exclusion Criteria

Receiving psychological treatment over the past year and in parallel
Having other psychological disorder

The primary outcome of variable is parental stress and the degree of effectiveness of treatment will be assessed by that. Timepoint: The measurement time is before starting treatment and after treatment. Method of measurement: Short form of parental stress questionnaire from Abidin.
