- •1. female patients aged 20-50 years
- •2. ASA class 1 or 2
- •3. procedure- gynecological laparoscopy
排除标准
- •1. cardiovascular, respiratory, gastrointestinal diseases, diabetes
- •2. previous history of postoperative nausea and vomiting
- •3. pre-operative use of antiemetics or opioids
- •4. pregnancy
- •5. allergy to any of the three drugs under study
- •6. NPO inadequate
