Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •The patients aged 19 years or older who were diagnosed with mitral regurgitation from January 2005 to March 2017 at Korea University Guro Hospital and who underwent cardiac surgery at the Cardiothoracic Surgery Department will be considered eligible.
- •Among all included cases, the patients who underwent mitral annulus resection and axon reconstruction without refleat resection of the mitral valve will be included.
- •Among these patients, transthoracic echocardiography was performed within three months of the last follow\-up date.
Exclusion Criteria
- •Patients who did not undergo transthoracic echocardiography during the aforementioned period were excluded.
