The caregiver's willingness and consent to participate in the study
At least a bachelor's degree or higher
Age over 18 years
Continuous care for the patient in the past 3 months (the patient has identified them as their primary informal caregiver)
Lack of significant cognitive or psychiatric disorders (such as depression, psychosis, mania) and mental illnesses
No participation in a similar study in the past 6 months
Withdrawal of consent to continue participating in the study
Lack of cooperation in filling out questionnaires
Missing more than 2 sessions in the second phase meetings (5 in-person sessions in the guidance phase)
The patient's death
Discontinuation of treatment
Transfer to a different healthcare facility
Change or loss of the primary caregiver
The onset of psychiatric disorders in the caregiver and seeking psychiatric help
