Inclusion Criteria

  • •1\.Patients aged over 18 years.
  • •2\.Patients with unilateral inguinal hernia.
  • •3\.Patients scheduled for laparoscopic hernia surgery.

Exclusion Criteria

  • •1\.History of allergy to bupivacaine.
  • •2\.ASA (American Society of Anesthesiologists) classification IV\-V.
  • •3\.Patients with bilateral inguinal hernia.
  • •4\.Patients who decline participation in the study.
